Zen Internet Grant Another Christmas Wish
21 December 2006: Zen Internet, a leading Internet Service Provider, has once again made a Christmas donation to a local Rochdale charity, Springhill Hospice. This will be the second year that Zen has made a donation to the Hospice in place of the Company Christmas Cards that have been sent to customers and suppliers in previous years. Last year the Zen Socials & Charities Committee decided upon the idea to add to the increased level of local charity work Zen has been involved in.
Iain Johnstone, Sales and Partner Programme Manager, Zen Internet, explained:
"We have worked closely with Springhill Hospice for some time now and are delighted to be able to support this wonderful charity again. Our work with Springhill has given us an insight into the challenges they face every day and a donation such as this represents a much better use of our resources."
The Hospice was presented a cheque for £250 on Wednesday 20th December, which will help to re-stock the crockery for their patients. This gift is especially welcomed by the hospice, as they rely on the generosity and support of the local community and businesses to help in areas such as this.
