PC Advisor Survey shows Zen delivers on reliability and service
22 June 2007: Zen Internet proved successful in the PC Advisor Reader Awards 2007, as the Internet Service Provider (ISP) was named 'Most reliable ISP', 'Best small ISP' and gained the 'Customer service' award. This was part of the results following the 'Best Buy Broadband' survey, conducted by PC Advisor to find out what customers really think about their broadband service.
Zen regularly stands out for its ability to provide a good customer experience, a factor of broadband service that PC Advisor highlights as important in the survey, which rated providers for overall satisfaction. It emphasised that choosing a broadband provider on price alone is not advisable, and contract terms should also be taken into consideration.
